The XX
The XX are due to release their second album named Coexist and is surely one of the most antcipated releases of 2012. There are always so many cool remixes of the XX and Bodhi’s remix of Angels is no exception. Tune of the summer!
When I had heard that Modeselektor had teamed up with Thom Yorke of Radiohead I had no idea what to expect. Well it didn’t disappoint!
The Crookers Dr Gonzo album also featured a great collaboration with Scottish beat-master Hudson Mohawke that some how just works!
One of my albums of the year has to be Dr Gonzo by Italian bad-asses, Crookers. Stand out tracks have to be Hummus and this track Bust ‘Em Up (Ft. Savage Skulls). 2manydjs featured this track in their 2011 Soulwaxmas set and the crowd loved it.
